What we collect

Information you provide through the project enquiry form: your name, company, email address, telephone number, site address and postcode, and the project details, photographs and documents you choose to upload.

We ask only for information needed to assess a project and respond to your enquiry.

Why we use it

To assess the surface restoration project you describe, to prepare an estimate or quotation, and to contact you about that enquiry.

Marketing contact is separate and optional. We will only send it if you explicitly opt in, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Uploads

Photographs, drawings, specifications and survey documents are stored securely and are not publicly accessible.

Project images are not published unless you agree to their release for a case study.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to assess and respond to the enquiry and to meet legal and insurance obligations, after which they are deleted.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that host our website and store enquiry data, under appropriate agreements.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
